If you find any quality issues, contact us before wearing or washing the item. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the item has been washed, worn, had its tags removed, or has stains, odours, or any other signs of use that affect resale.
2. Return requests
When returning an item, please provide the correct tracking number through the after-sales system. Refunds cannot be processed without a valid tracking number.
3. Colour & Size
Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings and are not considered product defects. Items that do not fit are also not considered defective.
4. Return Shipping Policy
As a wholesale store, we do not cover return shipping costs. If the item has a verified manufacturing defect, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
